Giant Trance X E+ 2 Pro 29 EMBT Creaking Sound - matt - 09-04-2022

This is just a quick post for anyone who has a Giant Trance E+2 Pro Tand is getting an odd creaking sound from the frame near the seat post. It took me awhile to pin point the issue, but I think its' fairly common. Dirt and grime gets into the back of the frame where the seat post enters it, so you need to fully extend the seat post and clean that area well, then oil around the base of the post (where the post goes into the frame). Once I had done this, no more creaking, it's been silent ever since! A Job well done!
